Yes. A sink is one of the most useful additions to an art, craft or pottery studio — for washing brushes, mixing, cleaning tools and clearing up. We can run water and waste from the house at the build stage, along with a small worktop and cupboard. It is far easier and cheaper to plan plumbing in from the outset than to retrofit it later.

For messy creative work we recommend hard-wearing, washable finishes — vinyl, engineered flooring or sealed surfaces that shrug off paint, glue and clay, plus wipeable walls. For yoga or Pilates we specify a warm, cushioned floor with clear open space.
